Not really how I wanted to start the week ...
Do we arrived back just after midnight last night, and our 18yr old had decided to lock us out of all four doors and was not answering his phone or the doorbell ringing... Ot me shouting up into his open bedroom window. Eventually when we do get in we are welcomed with the delightful aroma of cat deposits and a few wet patches on the carpets along with teenager dishes and empty cat food tins piled high in the sink which I clear this morning before the cleaner arrives (but then they didn't). But it's law to clean the house before the cleaner arrives apparently. This afternoon that I was just walking through the hallway whilst looking up at my son who was walking down the stairs and I didn't see where I was going and I accidentally stepped on a bundle of kittens, then mum angriiy attached herself to my leg and starting hissing and clawing me frantically... ๐Ÿ™€ Luckily for me, I had jeans on but one claw was stuck in the back of my leg. I felt so bad, but Yuki and her kittens are all checked over, happy and fine and manma has now forgiven me...๐Ÿ˜ป I also have an intention to prosecute for speeding on my desk to sort out amongst a load of other really not fun paperwork. And now my laptop has decided to do this, it's frozen and I have calls to make on it... ๐Ÿ˜ž I'm gonna go to work and make a wooden sign, and come back with a more positive mindset... Urgh. ๐Ÿ˜– Mondays ..! (I usually love them!) Welcome back Adam! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Hopefully your start of the week is a lot more productive than mine today, but however, your Monday is going, if yours is not going so well then maybe seeing this will make you feel a little better knowing that in other people's gardens it's not always a bed of perfect roses!

@Michelle Johnson this is a true animal lovers statement if Iโ€™ve ever seen one. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Not are you ok, but are the kittens ok and where is the pic.. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Sounds like something I would say. Reading this made my morning, thank you!

90 Days Is All It Takes
Because Iโ€™ve got ADHD, my default setting is scattered chaos. Iโ€™ve got thousands of new ideas New projects? I want to start all of them, and right NOW! New opportunities? I was already halfway in before Iโ€™d finished the last thing. And thatโ€™s exactly why I HAD TO MAKE A RULE: Iโ€™m only allowed to focus on ONE NEW THINg at a timeโ€ฆ and I have to COMMIT to it for a full 90 days. No quitting early. No โ€œthis isnโ€™t working.โ€ No jumping ship because something shinier came along. I can tweak. I can improve. I can pivot slightly. But I cannot give up. Why 90 days? Because most things donโ€™t failโ€ฆ they just donโ€™t get enough time and commitment. This is especially true with anything driven by algorithms, such as social media, Etsy, Amazon, digital sales, content, whatever. These platforms reward consistency, not bursts of enthusiasm. It's like going to the gym. You get far better results scheduling your gym days, and turning up and doing your thing consistently. ๐Ÿ’ช In a year you'll see much better results than if you'd gone all in for two weeks then gave up. You donโ€™t get results because you tried once. You get results because you didnโ€™t stop. Iโ€™ve seen this play out more times than I can count, in areas that I know would have succeeded. When we first started selling toys online, we got traction pretty quickly. Nothing crazy, but enough to know it worked. My brother-in-law Jamie saw what we were doingโ€ฆ and copied it almost exactly. Same idea. Same products. Same e-commerce platform. Same time. Same opportunity... Fast forward 20 years: We went on to open toy shops. Heโ€™s still a bus driver. The ONLY difference ...? He gave up too early. ๐Ÿ˜– Same story againโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve got a colleague, Barry who makes very similar wooden products to us. I told him years ago to get onto Amazon Handmade. We were doing it. It worked. I sat down and spent an entire day showing him exactly how we do it. Getting his store set up, how the images should be, how to optimise the listings, how to research the right keywords, everything he needed to know to succeed.

@Adam McCollough Jennifer v2.x. I love that more than I expected to. And thank you for saying that. Honestly most days the 10 years felt invisible. No metrics. No followers. No proof it was working except the women who were still standing. But you just reframed the whole thing. That time was not lost. It was the training. 90 days. I am in. I will report back.

I don't want to get obsessed but..
Let's talk about engagement. WOW - You amazing members have achieved the highest engagement I have EVER seen in a skool community. At 95%. I was amazed and waiting for it to go down At 96%. I was grilling from ear to ear and so proud of you At 97% okay, I may be started to check it a little bit more At 98%. I wondered if the thing was completely broken and really tried hard not to become obsessed.. There's a pattern here... Guess what it's on today? ๐Ÿ‘€ ๐Ÿต๐Ÿต % ๐Ÿ˜ Is it just me that feels like such a tease to be 1% away...? Do you think it's even possible..?

How to Start a Business With No Money AND Not Stay Broke When You Make It
Money comes in, bills get paid. Swipes happen, and whateverโ€™s left, well, it disappears. No system. No structure. Just reacting. When @Adam McCollough asked me to join this community as a Resident Expert, I was honored to share my 40 years of financial expertise. Money is my favorite topic, and I want to see every entrepreneur succeed in their business because money flows in all ways always, and we all deserve to be financially free. Iโ€™m going to say something most people wonโ€™t-you donโ€™t have a money problem, you have a no-plan problem. Iโ€™ve sat across from women making great money, and still afraid to open their bank account. Not because theyโ€™re bad with money. Because no one ever showed them what to actually do with it. In 2026, starting a business with no money is easy. Making money is easy. Keeping it. Growing it. Feeling calm with it. Thatโ€™s where everything falls apart. Most business owners are doing this: Money comes in, bills get paid. Swipes happen and then, whatever is left, disappears. No spending plan. No structure. Just paying the bills. Hereโ€™s one thing you can do TODAY (even if you have $0): ๐Ÿ—๏ธDecide your percentages before the money comes in. When your first $100 hits, you already know: ๐Ÿ’ฐwhat % is yours to spend ๐Ÿ’ฐwhat % goes to savings ๐Ÿ’ฐwhat % goes to future goals or debt Because if you wait until the money is sitting there, youโ€™ll spend it emotionally, not strategically. Thatโ€™s the foundation of my Money Multiplier System. Itโ€™s not about how much you make-it's about what you do with it. So I'm curious. Where are you at right now? Drop A, B, C, or D belowโ€”Iโ€™ll respond and give you your next step ๐Ÿ’– You donโ€™t need more money, you need a plan for the money you already have (and the money thatโ€™s coming).๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’ธ
