Last chance or ALL ACCESS PASS :-) The Classroom has THREE pages of sessions and midnight ET is closing everything tonight. Most people found page 1. Some made it to page 2. What kind of Community Host are you?
What do these three example profiles say about being a Skool community host? Here’s the truth most people miss: 👉 Engagement isn’t personality. It’s a decision. 👉 And momentum compounds fast once you start. Most people think they need more strategy… But what actually moves the needle is showing up enough to be seen. ______________________________________ Your turn: Which one are you right now — 1, 2, or 3? And what would it take for you to have a full week of dark green? 👇 Drop your number + your next move in the comments

Skool vs Substack
Anyone use Substack for a community over Skool? Or in addition to Skool? Why or why not?

@Cher V Both have a place depending on what you're trying to build — I actually use Skool as my primary community home and here's why I landed there over Substack. Substack is incredible for content distribution and building a reader relationship. The newsletter format is warm, personal, and searchable on the platform itself. But the "community" side is still pretty limited comments on posts don't replace the depth of conversation you get in a dedicated community space. Skool wins for me because the engagement is completely different. Members are actively participating, not passively reading. The gamification, the classroom, the chat, the ability to host events and sell directly inside the community it creates a whole ecosystem rather than just a content feed. That said I think they genuinely serve different purposes and the combo can work really well. Substack to attract and nurture cold audiences who aren't ready to join a paid or free community yet → Skool as the deeper home for your most engaged people. Substack is top of funnel, Skool is where the relationship deepens. The one thing I'd caution against is trying to maintain both at full effort simultaneously when you're just starting out. Pick the one that matches where your audience already is, build momentum there first, then layer in the second when you have systems to support it. Where is your audience most active right now? That's usually the answer to which one to start with. 👇

Stop Being the Bottleneck: Build Your First AI Agent
If you've ever felt like you're the one doing everything in your business the content, the emails, the follow-ups, the planning and you're exhausted just thinking about tomorrow's to-do list, this session was made for you. I'm presenting Stop Being the Bottleneck: Build Your First AI Agent at the Built To Be Seen Summit (March 30–April 1) and I am so excited about this one. Here's the truth nobody talks about: feeling invisible and overwhelmed isn't a hustle problem. It's a delegation problem. You've just never had anyone to delegate TO. Until now. In my live demo I'm going to show you how to build your very first AI agent — in under 20 minutes, no tech skills, no credit card, no complicated setup. You'll leave with a working agent that handles your repetitive tasks so you can focus on what actually moves the needle showing up, serving your people, and growing sustainably. Now I have a question for you 👇 What is ONE task in your business that drains your energy every single week the thing you wish you could hand off to someone (or something) today? Drop it below.
