Only knowing I was headed North...to Illinois... I decided to stop through OKLAHOMA... It just SOOO happened my wrestling buddy James lives there... Wrestlers have this AMAZZZING kinda Bond... Where we're like brothers...sort of like the bond between the Navy Seal... He beckoned me to pull into his town and rest from the long Drive... We went to Dinner... Laughed and joked like we did when we were 12 year old...wrestlers... Which mean't we barely ate...but wrestlers barely eat so we were doing what was common to us... The Next morning I had planned to pull out of OKC...about 3AM When James urged me to take care of some unfinished business... And SOOO I did...and ended up not getting on the road again until 11AM... Next stop... One hour outside of St. Louis in the lowest part of Illinois... But first I had to get through Arkansas and then up into Missouri... I pulled over after almost 6 and a half hours of non-stop driving to get gas in Missouri... All I know is Illinois was calling my name... And when I finally got there... I'd figure out the Next-Steps... And where I needed to Land...

Today, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟵, 𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 — a day dedicated to celebrating the quirky, unconventional, wonderfully different people who make this world a whole lot more interesting. The people who think differently. The people who notice things other people miss. The people whose brains take the scenic route. The intensely curious ones. The sensitive ones. The creative ones. The ones who have been told they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” “too intense,” “too quiet,” “too strange,” or just plain DIFFERENT. Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that fitting in was supposed to be the goal. But what if it isn’t? What if some of the things that made you feel like the oddball in the room are also some of the most interesting things about you? ✨ MAYBE WEIRD ISN’T AN INSULT. Maybe it means you see the world through your own particular lens. Maybe it means you ask questions other people don’t think to ask. Maybe it means you get ridiculously excited about something you love. Maybe it means your sense of humor requires footnotes. 😂 Maybe it simply means... You’re YOU. And around here, you don't have to sand off all your interesting edges just to belong. So today, the Haven officially raises a glass — or a coffee mug, water bottle, emotional-support tumbler, or whatever happens to be nearby — to all our wonderful weirdos. ☕😂 🎉 YOUR TURN! I watched the empath spiritual protection playshop (which I totally meant to catch it live but like the person I am I got distracted and only realized the time at 1:30 after it already started 🤦🏻‍♀️) Anyways what I learned I learned how cool of a person you are but hey we all already knew that, that’s why we are here. I also learned that many of us feel other people’s energies and don’t realize them as not being our own. For the longest time I thought I was just super weird cuz when say I was watching tv or something I’d feel the emotions of the characters very strongly especially the happiness or sadness. Like my whole body would buzz. It’s crazy how we can amplify the emotions of those around us or that we see. Even in person I noticed myself taking on others emotions. Now I’m working on discerning what emotions are actually mine and what I’m picking up on from others. Cuz I’d rather not be taking no everyone else emotions on top of the craziness of mine. I wonder if the times I’ve gone from like hard core laughing to randomly crying had anything to do with releasing of all the extra or built up emotions I was unknowingly caring. 🧐🤔
