You know exactly what to do… so why aren’t you doing it?
Most entrepreneurs know what to do, but they don't do it. It's because... - you’ve got too many ideas - a to-do list that never ends - and no clear way to decide what matters most So you bounce between things… Start a lot. Finish less than you'd like. Or worse, get overwhelmed and avoid starting entirely. Meanwhile: AI is speeding everything up customers feel harder to come by and somehow you’re working more, but earning less. Yeah… It’s frustrating as hell. That’s why I built this: 👑 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗯 👑 This is where founders & entrepreneurs come to get accountability and actually follow through. Meaning: 👉 the right thing 👉 done consistently 👉 every single day The things that 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 put money in the bank or bring you more peace + joy at the end of the day. We say "no" to everything else. Here’s how it works: 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 — 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 Every Monday, we lock in your 1–3 highest-leverage priorities for the week. We'll help you figure out what's actually worth doing, and what to ditch. 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 — 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗨𝗻𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 You bring whatever you’re stuck on. We work through it together. That way you don’t lose momentum mid-week (like most people do). 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 — 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 You commit to ONE thing. And you do it. That's it. And because I want to make this an absolute no-brainer for you, founding members also get: - early access to Hyperfocus (the tool I’m building to train focus like a skill) - the exact systems I’ve used to build multiple 6-figure businesses - direct access to me to help you move faster The core outcome? 👉 You become someone who consistently follows through. You wake up each day knowing exactly what to work on. You go to bed each night knowing you actually moved the needle. More done. Less stress. More income. More peace. And I’ll back it up: 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 + 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟳 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, 𝗜’𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂. No questions asked. I’m opening this to 10 founding members at $99/mo (3 already taken)

How to get sh*t done as an ADHD entrepreneur
Most ADHD entrepreneurs don’t fail because they’re lazy or don’t know what to do… They fail because starting tasks and staying focused with ADHD is hard — a core part of what’s known as executive dysfunction. If you struggle with ADHD productivity, procrastination, or task initiation, this post is for you. ----- After 13 years as an entrepreneur with ADHD, I find that my brain would rather do literally anything else: 🧹 Clean my room 🔧 Tweak my logo for 3 hours 🤩 Go all-in on a new side project But over the last decade, I've found that executing on the RIGHT things, in the right order, is what sets apart my $50k months from 6-month droughts with no income. So how do we fix this? 🤔 👉 By overcoming task initiation paralysis. The voice in your head that says, "I know I SHOULD do this, but I'd rather binge YouTube." This is what Brendan Mahan refers to as the "Wall of Awful" in his book ADHD Essentials. We're stopped from initiating tasks by an emotional barrier. The accumulation of shame, guilt, and fear of failure (or success) prevents us from starting or completing tasks. Setting a big task that will take hours — like building a landing page or coming up with a new offer —increases the size of the wall of awful. 👎 This makes initiating the task harder. Here's the thing, though... As Mark Twain once said, the secret of getting ahead is getting started. And the secret of getting started is breaking down complex & overwhelming tasks into small, manageable steps. Then starting on the first one. How do you do that? 👉 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝗼 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁 For example... ❌ Instead of "Build my landing page" ✅ → Open a blank Google doc or notepad ✅ → Write down the goal of the page ✅ → Outline the section headings ❌ Instead of "DM 100 people" ✅ → Pick one person to DM ✅ → Draft a DM template ✅ → Send the DM ❌ Instead of "Promote my new offer" ✅ → Join one new Facebook group or Skool community ✅ → Write a single post talking about my offer

This is a great post . Especially the ‘make it so small your brain can’t resist' part.
New to the group!
Hi! I'm Eri <3. I"m a trauma therapist and a channeler/psychic. I've had a private practice for 10 years and I'm also a mom to a 3 year old girl. I just moved to Austin, TX two months ago and me and my partner are looking for community. My biggest challenge with adhd right now is memory issues and avoidance getting in the way of more potential success. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

Food and Brain Health
I grew up with a mother who had a terrible relationship with food. Instead of fueling our diet with vegetables and nutrient-dense meals, we would often be fed pre-cooked meals with minimal nutritional value. It didn't matter how hard I would study or how much I would train, my body and mind were always limited. I was frequently tired, malnourished, and found it difficult to concentrate. Now, as an adult, I have learnt the value of food as fuel-not only for your body, but also for your brain. Proteins, Omegas, Electrolytes, Iron. What I've observed in different working environments is how we 'don't have time' to eat a full meal, and instead consume way too much caffeine (as an example) when our bodies get tired. Imagine putting oil into a car that needs fuel-sure, it will run smoothly for a bit, but eventually it'll stop. Unless it is given what is actually needs to keep going. The key to progress, success, and optimal brain function is FOOD. Not just a dash to McDonalds, but a colourful plate of vitamins and nutrients that will fuel your mind and help you focus. The more fruits and vegetables you have in a day, the less likely you are to need all those pills and supplements. It's time we start using what we have and rebuilding our relationship with food, especially if we struggle to concentrate or find ourselves burning out. Do you find time to eat the right foods and take breaks to fuel your body? Or are you burning the engine and only giving it attention when it starts crashing?

The example of comparing the body to an engine is perfect. Just as a car needs fuel to run, food is the fuel for our body.
Day #7 🛒 That Triggering Noise
I often read that people with ADHD are triggered by certain human-made noises, usually smacking or slurping. I always thought I was some kind of exception. I don’t love those sounds, but they don’t send me into instant overload. That almost has to be true. My partner is obese, so I regularly hear loud breathing, slurping, and a whole collection of other very human noises. If I couldn’t filter those out, we simply couldn’t be together. As a child, though, sound already carried emotional weight. I remember my mom scolding me once for smacking while eating. I was angry because I was sure I wasn’t doing it. I concentrated as hard as I could, chewing carefully, trying to be completely silent. She told me I was still smacking. I ran from the table in tears, confused and ashamed, unsure how to fix something I couldn’t hear myself doing. 🏪 Yesterday... something happened. I was in the supermarket when I heard it. An elderly lady leaning heavily on her shopping cart, moving slowly through the store while constantly shuffling her feet. Shhh. Shhh. Shhh. The sound hit my brain like a red alert. Every step landed directly on my nerves. I tried to escape by rushing through the supermarket, but somehow the magical elderly lady stayed right behind me. She was leaning on a shopping cart. I had only a small basket. Physics should have been on my side, and yet there she was, shuffling steadily in my wake. Shhh. Shhh. Shhh... I’m fairly certain she helped me set a new personal speed record in that store. All powered by one noise my ADHD brain simply refused to filter out. 😁 What's your triggering noise?

Hahaha , For me it has to be Repetitive sounds , it seems to be the hardest for my brain to filter out. Once I notice them, it’s almost impossible to ignore
