Our agency is working with Criminal Defense Attorneys. It was hard to embrace at first because I don't want to defend criminals - but - that's not what we do. We investigate the police investigations and ensure that the accuser is receiving a fair trial. I've learned to accept that and since then, can see that the justice system doesn't work like it should because there are not enough people doing what we do. But - it's still difficult, so I stay out of the investigation side of our business and manage the Process Serving side of our business and run the "business".
