Does anyone here have any tips/successful programs/personal experiences on how to give up alcohol? I have 2-4 drinks every evening to relieve anxiety and I want to quit. I believe it's holding me back in many ways. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’m thinking about taking some trips in the next year. Any suggestions on spots i should head to that are located inside the US? Specifically spots where I can get pretty good photos while I’m there

Do not argue with women ever. You don't win by proving her wrong. You win by refusing to play. Smile, smirk, change the subject, or if need be, walk away. You dictate the terms, you decide when you want to take a woman on the Emotional Rollercoaster. Always be the cause of creating emotions for women, never the effect. If you are reacting emotionally due to her actions, you're on her frame. Not where you want to be. The man who won't get dragged into drama, is the man she can't get out of her head. She'll wonder whether you care or not, as a result, you'll set yourself apart from the rest of the pack. Detachment > Validation Control > Emotional Reaction Mystery > Debating/Negotiating
