FireHawk Operator course completed
Hi fellow HireHawks, I have finished the HireHawk Operating System course. My biggest takeaway was Module 1: Communication and also the most important, but the following modules are presenting the VA role holistically, which excites me. Here is an example from my past work: As a Learning Management Administrator in my last role, I would be requested to build a curriculum, unfortunately not with all the information required. It was my role to verify the intervals of enrollments, on specific course groups, to user groups. Therefore, there was a manual for other colleagues to consult, should I be out of office for several days. Looking forward to a new opportunity. Anna
