I’m new and probably have some dumb questions but here we go. Once I get a deal locked in, in Texas, are there any recommended people/companies to JV with? I know it has to be a deal for it to move but just worried I get a deal and I can’t move it. I’ve already spoke with some local cash buyers but I’m looking for a plan b I guess. Worst case scenario, how does backing out of a deal work? My primary goal is to help sellers and not waste their time but I am curious about these things. Any thoughts would be appreciated 🙏
