I chose Egypt as the country for Authentication because it is Non-Hague, Less red-flagged than Taiwan, Official U.S. diplomatic ties make it more "formally sound.", ideal for people using the authentication for trust, sovereign, or private capacity purposes, and Egypt has a credible ancient lawful and religious legacy. 6.Below is a sample of it filled out and a blank form for you to fill out. 7. When you send this off you have to prepay for a flat rate priority envelope so that you can put it in with your birth certificate that you're mailing off so that they can mail it back to you.
