For the first time in a while I've been pulled off track this week due to multiple emergencies that happened within a short span of each other. I haven't tracked my calories or weight at all since Wednesday this week but I'm back on track starting today. Sometimes emergencies happen, and they pull you off track towards your goals. The most important thing is to not let a few days snowball into a few weeks, then a few months. Consistency over time > frequency for a short period of time.
