Temporarily Discontinuing
Hey all, in light of recent prioritization a, I've decided to shift my focus and attention temporarily away from Skool and the community. The $149/ month I'm paying to keep this going doesn't make sense given my lack of ability to put focus into growing this community at this time. Bit of an update
Hey everyone! Been gone for a couple of weeks! Life in the shelter is hard, but I’m making it work. I’m interested to see what my weight does when I go back home after living off of shelter food for a month! That’s right, I get to go home! My abuser is moving to Brandon and I will get to go home on March 1st. There is a light at the end of the tunnel! Stay positive! Dakota

Way to go for sticking with your calorie goal!
Off Track
For the first time in a while I've been pulled off track this week due to multiple emergencies that happened within a short span of each other. I haven't tracked my calories or weight at all since Wednesday this week but I'm back on track starting today. Sometimes emergencies happen, and they pull you off track towards your goals. The most important thing is to not let a few days snowball into a few weeks, then a few months. Consistency over time > frequency for a short period of time.
