My client made $21k from our cold emails last month
Here is the cold email report my agency sent to one of our clients for July (Last month)! Cold Email Report - July 2026: Emails sent: 63k New opportunities generated: 337 Qualified calls booked: 34 Revenue generated: $21,492 --------- Biggest lesson? We recently switched to a rev share model. We are way more invested in their success. The revenue numbers reflect that. This is revenue purely from the sales calls booked via our cold email system. Not including their other channel (Instagram Shoutouts) When the focus is on the right metric, everybody is happy. I wish you all a thriving last 10 days of August! 🚀

@Mark Mesina I tend to agree that it attracts the wrong type of customer. The problem is that the customers you want to do this with don't want to do it with you, and the customers that desperately want this, it's a huge red flag. It means they're having a lot of trouble with sales, so giving away theoretical revenue is no big deal for them
Quick question about the link in cold email
Hey everyone, I hope you're all good ! Got a question on the link in cold email, is it a forbidden technic or is it still OK to put one or two ? To explain, I'm the founder of a creative agency and showing our work is one of the strongest argument to get a call ! Thx Eug

It's just gonna really hurt your deliverability. It's fine for opt-in campaigns in a tool that's sending newsletters or something, but if you're sending cold outbound, it's really best to send in plain text. Your deliverability is gonna be a lot better because it's not a threat vector for malware, etc
Hiring an agency
Quick question for the group: What are agencies charging these days to run cold email campaigns? I run a financial planning firm and have had good luck with cold email in the past, but running my firm and the campaigns are becoming to onerous. I already have the infrastructure, sending setup, and sequencer in place. I also have prospect lists that need some work but are a good starting point. Since most of the setup is already done, I'm trying to get a realistic sense of pricing if I wanted to outsource the ongoing management and optimization instead of handling it myself. Would love to hear what you're paying or quoting for something like this.

3-7k/mo seems to be retainer range depending on whats offered imo
Any insight on Microsoft ESP?
Hey guys, I’ve noticed a major lift in reply rates and thus opportunities when sending to Google recipients versus Microsoft. It can be 5%+ more on the google side. I’ve seen this for over a year now and want to know what you guys are seeing on your end. I’m also sending very short (30 words and under) and diverse copy to the Microsoft recipients but haven’t seemed to get deliverability quite like that of google. Thoughts? Happy to share what’s working for me as well, I’d love this to be a convo.

MSFT is much harder than Google to inbox on right now. I honestly think it's because Google's algo is more sophisticated. MSFT blocks a bunch of legitimate emails too.
Email address vs inbox. What is the difference?
May I ask, what is the difference between an email address vs an inbox? ( Yes. I'm old. lol )
