I’m in a really interesting phase with my Skool community right now and would love some outside perspective I’ve built a space focused on high-capacity women who look like they have it all together on the outside, but feel depleted underneath Right now, I have: • A free entry point with nervous system tools and resets • A growing library of resources and trainings • A paid tier with deeper work and support I’m seeing strong traction, real connection, and consistent engagement My live call attendance is growing, conversations are happening, and I’m getting really solid feedback from the women inside Where I feel like I’m in the middle is this: Bridging the gap between people coming in for free value… and helping them naturally move into deeper paid support Not from pressure but from clarity and alignment I know the work is strong I know the transformation is there I just want the pathway to feel as clear and natural as possible So I’d love input on this: If you were in this phase, what would you focus on next? More visibility? More conversion strategy? More positioning of the paid offer? Open to all and any advice, perspective, comments 💜

Lots of solid advice here @Dr. Stephanie Murauskas ! I might recommend a few things: 1) have you interviewed or gathered the voice of your premium buyer to make sure you’re speaking to the right pains/problems and dreams/desires? Beginner freebie seekers tend to have beginner problems. Whereas you want to speak to solving the problems of your advances buyer. 2) review/audit your premium offer - those buyers often want less bells and whistles and more targeted support or a faster path to the transformation 3) are you overdelivering in your free levels? If you’re giving away too much then people have no reason to bump up (know this from direct experience 🙄) I will share more strategies in my session during the summit!

I know there are looots of members in the Vancouver area. I’m heading there this week with my 75 yo mom who recently got a knee replaced. She’s good for some light walking.
