Y'all. You ready to spend some time with Dr. Mark 4/25 10:30 AM?
What is up my beautiful people?! I'm doing fantastic today. In fact, I joined RISE. RISE is a program created my @Mark Matthews. @Warren Gibbons, @Bridget Poston , and our friend Anthony M. are founding members, and our tribe is rapidly growing. This is a coaching program to truly step up to the world stage level of growth and meet some world class connections. If this is something that resonates with you, and you see yourself gaining massive value from it (which you will, trust me), shoot me a DM. Anyhow, this weekend's Life Skool event will be with Dr. Mark Matthews at 10:30 AM. This will be learning a powerful performance strategy to level up EVERY area of your life through setting clear intentions -- a habit of every world class perfomer. Trust me, you do not want to miss this seminar. See you there :) - Govind
Hey guys!
I hope you're having a phenomenal week. Last weekend we had a terrific session, and @Casey Kaufman taught a phenomenal lesson regarding A.C.T. Therapy! Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of therapy that helps you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings and instead learn how to live with them in a healthier way. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate difficult emotions, it focuses on accepting them while committing to actions that align with what truly matters to you. Becoming the observer of harsh and tough experiences can give us tremdous wisdom to succeed. Join us...this SUNDAY at 4:30 PM...to have a phenomenal time, and an educational time to learn about a powerful POWERFUL system for productivity. Stay posted! - Govind

Howdy! + Weekly Call 4/12
Howdy! Hope you guys are doing fantastic. I had a fantastic Easter Sunday. On Easter Sunday, my family and I hung out. We had some food together, enjoyed the weather and spent some time in Cincinnati. Also, my younger brother, Hari, is looking to make a college decision. This was a tough situation for my family, since he wants to go to two schools, one of them being a school he has a scholarship for yet isn't as interested in going to, and another school being a more expensive school that he is interested in going to. On one hand, my parents want to see my brother happy and content and go to the school that he wants to, and on the other hand, they had their opinions on financially and academically where they tought he should go. We all sat down and had a three hour conversation together! We all got to listen to each others' perspectives, share our own insights, and came to a decision. This was tough...because there were multiple times where the conflict and tension almost rose pretty highly in the room. However, I did my job to distill things down to our purpose for being there...to help Hari become successful and actualize his phenomenal potential. And this made me realize, that it always, always important to understand our WHY. What is the purpose of the conversation, task, or mission that we are undertaking? That is what helped us have a successful, peaceful, and effective discussion. How was your Easter? *** And...I cannot wait to see you guys this Sunday, 4:30 P.M., baby, oh yeah, it's gonna be phenomenal. Bring your friends, bring your spouse, bring your dog, and get ready to learn a FANTASTIC lesson led by @Casey Kaufman regarding an awesome psychological framework to coexist with negative thoughts.
RECAP 3/29...& No weekly call on Easter Sunday :)
Hey guys!! How are you doing? I am thrilled to be speaking to you guys today. Last session was outstanding. We shared so many great wins and struggles together with @Warren Gibbons and @Casey Kaufman. We learned a phenomenal exercise to deepen connection with folks -- writing down the SIMILARITIES between folks!! Before I started coaching with @Mark Matthews , I struggled sometimes to feel connected with folks. I found myself thinking about myself a lot interactions...and sometimes pointing out many differences between myself and others. We began our first coaching session together...with an exercise to write down the similarities between 25 folks in my life! Over the course of the next few months, I began to find reasons to connect with folks, even the ones that other people didn't tend to get along with! I began to become more authentic in interactions -- because I began to love not just being able to talk about me, but to love the experience of US being together. I can't wait to hear you guys try this exercise...and see how it potentially deepens your connection with folks. - Govind
