@Joel Trevino Hi Joel! Thanks for your question, that’s a great one! From what you’re describing, you actually already have a very solid practice structure, so good job on that. In general, there isn’t one single “best” way to practice, because every student learns differently. The most effective structure really depends on your specific goals (for example: social dancing, technique, performance, teaching, etc.). If you feel comfortable sharing this with me...What are your main goals right now? And where do you feel you struggle the most?
