The reason I'm asking is because I just had a 10-minute conversation with someone who had the same first and last name. I booked the meeting, and only when I confirmed the contact's email did he say that it wasn’t his email, he had never worked at that company, and he works in a completely different industry.
I usually go for "Hi this is James from [Company] I'm trying to reach you becaus we help [XXX]. I'll try and call you in a few days, feel free to call me back at this number"' Booked my very first demo doing this 😃
Do we all use Dashboards to track our call stats. Having stuff in a readable format is good for the eyes and helps with efficiency. What Dashboards do you use to track your calls?
