You know how people remember the bad parts of work more than the good bits? Well, I help purpose-led leaders and organisations to get on top of the things that cause psychological harm so that work doesn’t impact the wellbeing of the people that work there. I do that through advisory services, workshops and coaching that address psychosocial safety risks, strengthen leadership practices and sustain personal wellbeing at work and in life. Looking forward to learning, sharing and growing with this lovely community.
