Activate phase check in
Just completed day 4 of activate. The Monday Pelvis and Tuesday spine have been the most challenging so far. My right hip misalignment is pretty stubborn. The core exercises really work my abs and I can feel a lot of weakness so am looking forward to building strength up there. The feet exercises, arms and clavicles need work too, but are easier for me. Lots for my body to learn! I am loving the exercises and look forward to feeling stronger and more aligned!

Stand Phase 7 day challenge
Just finished the Stand 7 day challenge. I am noticing less pain and more mobility - it feels easier to walk and I've been walking more. My hip isn't hurting as much when I ride my bike, and I haven't noticed the knee pain I feel sometimes when going up stairs. I still have a ways to go and feel some misalignment and hip jut on the wall exercise, and lots of popping and creaking in my pelvis / femur and clavicles when doing the exercises, and my neck usually cracks when looking up for the spine exercise. I hope to get some posture photos and start the Activate phase this weekend!
Getting started
Hi everyone! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Aaron and I learned about R3GENERATE from a workshop Jay recently taught. I have a history of chronic injuries from my younger days trying to be like those extreme athletes on FUEL TV. I wish I would have had more body awareness back then. Lots of misalignment in my hips, knees, spine and shoulders. Luckily I'm not in tons of pain, but limited in mobility and there's a lot of fun stuff I can't do anymore - like surfing, because popping up to stand kills my right hip :( I've tried a variety of healing techniques like yoga, qi gong, acupuncture, massage, rolfing, and others, but nothing has really helped get my structure back in alignment. The theory behind this work really struck a chord - especially how simple the movements are and how I can do it on my own. I am currently working through the 6-week program. Finally got to the movement practice in the "stand" part of the program, and I am excited to learn. I am curious what results might happen after doing it for a while.
