Tell Me What the World Is Missing About Your Child
Hello, darlings. I have a question for you today, and I want you to take a moment with it. What is the ONE thing you wish more people understood about your child or the child you are supporting? Not what the school says. Not what the relatives think. Not what the internet told you to worry about. What do YOU know about this child that the world has not fully seen yet? If you are an educator, I am asking you to. What is it that you see in your neurodivergent students that gets missed, minimized, or misunderstood? Drop it in the comments. Thank you Dr Clay. So parents when you drop your children off to daycare weather its a home or commercial space. You are looking for functional areas: Blocks space for building and creating. Drama space where they dress up. Manipulatives Reading areas Etc. I have been in big beautiful centers as well as humble home based centers and plenty of times more learning occurs in the home base than the commercial spaces Vice versa. Dont let the outside appearance get you excited.

Potential Pawns
Most people ask me this question. Now this question is one that I absolutely live to answer. Are you ready for the question? Sure your ready? Positively ready? OK let me Stop. They ask me Mr. Whittaker "Why do you love the pawn so much?". If you are not familiar with the game of chess and pieced all the peaces have a value. The king- infinite Queen- 9, she is powerful dont mess with her. Rook- 5 Knight- 3 Bushop- 3 Now the pawn has only 1 point. Most of the time when the pawn is mentioned in a conversation the connotation is negative. Have you ever heard " your just a pawn" Well my view about the pawn is different. If you would like to hear my view please like and comment and I will share it. Maybe we might share the same view? Share your view about the pawn.

I think they are the first to move because they have been told that they have nothing much to lose. But as they look back in hindsight they realize if I did not move first the queen's, rooks, and bishops would be stuck for life. So they say now thanks for telling me I didn't have much to lose because that statement propelled me to engage the board of life and make clear paths for the ones behind me.
