@Alistair Hawkes All of those things! My son is 10. He came home when he was 2 ❤️
@Alistair Hawkes His name is Kai. He is very gifted at tech and problem solving. He has autism and is amazing at navigating the world even when it feels alien to him. Lots of resilience and uniqueness. He is 100% my favourite human on the planet 🌍❤️ Time does go by so fast doesn't it? Those memories are precious 🌟
End of Week Capacity is Information
By the end of the week, many people notice a drop in emotional capacity. This is often the result of cumulative demands — responsibilities, decision-making, stress, and ongoing mental load. It’s easy to interpret that decrease as a lack of productivity or follow-through. A more useful frame is to view it as information. Capacity reflects how much has been required of a system over time. When it’s low, it may be signaling a need for recovery rather than increased output. Responding to that signal appropriately can support more sustainable functioning across weeks, not just within them. ℹ️ Educational purposes only. Not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.
@Lilyan Fowler capacity awareness is so important 🌟
