What are you doing to set up your summit for sales? I used to join summits and bundles off Skool, and stick around for the debrief. I'd hear the woes of hosts talking about how much money they spent on ads, how LOW they positioned their sponsor fees, and how much tech they needed. 😱😵‍💫 Who would want to launch a summit??? ...is all I kept saying to myself. Hi ladies, I have been wondering what role summits should play in my community. I currently have modules for my members and was wondering how seamless having at least 2 annual summits a year would be. I don't want to overwhelm my members, but they will benefit greatly.
