Have to see what’s up with my mom see yall next week

After sitting for hours and watching everyone get taken care of. I was the only one left. I walked up to the clerk and asked her if they were ready for me and said that I had been sitting there patiently waiting. She tells me they called my number already, and it was marked absent because there was no response. Mind you, I was there and not only listening but also watching the T.V. prompter for the number. It was never called nor on the TV prompter, which shows the numbers called. They were all just staring at me like I'm nuts or something. Anyway, they cited the same F.S. 695 and F.S. 28.222 and flat out refused to record it. I was too tired today to drive to the next county; I'll be doing this in the a.m.

So, this last Friday at the Supreme Court was grand... My mother wasn't feeling well and didn't want to attend. I knew it was really nervous jitters. Nevertheless, I was there fully present. Out the gate the judge wanted to know where there the loan modification that should been done. I addressed a few of the files I saw that were missing in the system and let them know that there was no need for a loan modification because there was evidence of fraud via bifurcation. The judge was actually the sweetest yet sharpest judge I've ever met. She released the case to another judge so that all the motions, exhibits and affidavits could be reviewed. The most liberating thing about it all is was watching the plaintiff squirm and get upset because of what I was saying. So from here, I'm helping my mother complete the original transaction from the loan and also obtain remedy for the break in the chain of title. All in all... Im super grateful to my community here. Now that I've got this case in position, im gonna be in here focused on getting my Estate and trusts in order. Thank you to everyone who chimed in with great advice. Hey fam, I’m trying to figure out how to filter my search on pacer.gov so I can find a particular case that pertains to the USC code to go with my credit dispute. Does anybody have experience in this? Or can we talk about this tomorrow in the Credit class?
