We have a 40 acre land lead in Ash Fork AZ. We invest in existing industrial & retail, so this is not our target. Does anyone work in this market? Thanks

Hi everyone, we do a lot of outbound marketing for industrial and retail properties which inadvertently leads us to land leads. We are not developers and generally have little use for these land leads. I would like to network with people in the group to see how we can potentially work together. Thanks
