How Has Your Vibration Changed Your Life?
I’ve noticed that when people start working on themselves internally, everything around them slowly begins to change too. Your energy affects your confidence, relationships, opportunities, and even the kind of people you attract into your life. So I’m curious; What’s one thing you’ve changed in your mindset, habits, or daily life recently that made you feel more at peace, more aligned, or more connected to yourself? Would love to hear everyone’s experiences šŸ‘‡

@Jayeson Vance That makes a lot of sense, slow rhythmic breathing is one of the fastest ways to regulate the nervous system and bring awareness back into the present moment. When you say getting your Higher Self online, do you notice any difference in your thoughts or decisions right after you do the breathing, or is it more of a general sense of calm and clarity over time?

@Jayeson Vance That’s really insightful, especially being able to notice when the ego is overreacting from old patterns like that. If you ever want to go deeper into it or share more about what’s been helping you shift that awareness, feel free to DM me anytime. Always open to connecting.
Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.Ā  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community sectionĀ  3. No posting ā€œwho else lives in New York?ā€ Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.Ā

@Janis Benz Your English is totally fine And those are really interesting areas to explore because they all connect back to how perception, focus, and mindset shape the way people experience life. A lot of people start noticing changes externally only after they begin shifting things internally first. What pulled you toward those topics originally, was there a specific experience or moment that made you start looking deeper into them?

@Janis Benz That’s actually a meaningful dream, especially because people tend to learn best from someone who has genuinely gone through inner growth themselves instead of just repeating information. I’d honestly be interested to hear more about your journey and perspective on it. If you’re open to it, feel free to send me a DM sometime.
The Most Powerful Reset Is Rest.
This weekend reminded me of something: Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest. Not quit. Not avoid. Actually recover. I took a slow Saturday, went to bed ridiculously early, and got more done Sunday than I probably would’ve forcing myself through exhaustion. I think we’ve normalized running ourselves into the ground and calling it ambition. Anyone else learning this the hard way lately?

@Court Simp I respect that, that’s actually a good way to keep the value open for everyone. In that case I’ll share it here. One thing I’ve noticed is that in real day to day situations, most people don’t struggle with awareness itself, they struggle with applying it in the exact moment the old pattern shows up. That’s usually where things break down, not in understanding it intellectually. Curious how you usually bridge that gap when it shows up in real time for you?

@Court Simp That’s actually a really important distinction, especially the idea that awareness can exist in layers and that people may recognize a pattern without fully seeing its roots yet. I also think your point about force creating new resistance is interesting, because sometimes people try to ā€œfixā€ themselves so aggressively that the struggle just reshapes itself instead of truly dissolving. The way you describe it feels less like battling the loop and more like allowing enough awareness for it to naturally lose its grip over time. Do you think acceptance is ultimately what allows release to happen, or do you feel there’s another piece involved too?
the power of letting go + HW from today’s call
hi everyone! great call today! we talked about the real transformation that happens when you stop trying to control your patterns and start accepting the emotions underneath them you may be aware of your people-pleasing, perfectionism, hyper-independence or fixer patterns but awareness alone doesn’t always create freedom these patterns were often created as survival mechanisms at some point, a part of you learned, ā€œIf I please, I’ll be lovedā€ ā€œIf I’m perfect, I’ll be safeā€ or ā€œIf I do everything myself, I won’t be let downā€ but the pattern is not who you are. it’s simply something you learned to feel safe letting go isn’t about forcing yourself to change overnight it’s about observing the old pattern, feeling the emotion behind it, and choosing let it go to feel more whole and complete when you stop trying to manage everyone else’s emotions stop needing the outcome to look a certain way and begin accepting where you are right now…you shift into that new version of you that wanted to express itself embodiment begins by loving the part of you that created the pattern, and allowing yourself to become free! AND if you want to continue the transformation and make it STICK permanently! Join The Shift Academy and get all bonuses here including the live kickoff call that starts May 12th! https://www.theshiftexperience.com/tsa-april-20261777109851528 HW for today: šŸ’« what was your BIGGEST takeaway from today’s call? šŸ’« how can you let go of your pattern and shift into that new identity? share your insights in the comments below!

7 habits of happy people.
1. They talk less and listen more Peaceful people don’t feel the need to explain everything. They protect their energy and choose meaningful conversations over noise. 2. They don’t show off True happiness is quiet. People who are genuinely content don’t constantly seek validation from others. 3. They keep learning daily A growing mind stays alive. Reading, reflecting, and staying curious keeps life meaningful and fresh. 4. They help people who are less fortunate Kindness creates a kind of happiness money can never buy. Giving reminds you how connected we all are. 5. They ignore unnecessary nonsense Not every opinion, argument, or drama deserves attention. Protecting your peace is a form of wisdom. 6. They laugh often Laughter heals tension, softens pain, and brings lightness to life. Joy is medicine for the soul. 7. They practice gratitude for simple things Happy people notice what others overlook—a quiet morning, good health, loved ones, fresh air, another day to live. Happiness doesn’t come from having a perfect life… it comes from learning how to enjoy the life you have.

@Christa Lovas It really is. Funny how some things only fully click once you’ve experienced them yourself. What part resonated with you the most?

@Christa Lovas That’s actually a powerful observation. The more grounded someone becomes, the less they usually feel the need to constantly prove, defend, or over explain themselves. I’d honestly be interested to hear more of your perspective on that, might be easier to continue properly in DM if you’re open to it.
