I’ve been part of this community for 8 months, and I’m not the same person who joined. I came in dysregulated, struggling to understand what was underneath my reactions. Clayton listens and validates my feelings, but also challenges my perspective and holds me accountable. I’ve learned I’m not broken, I’m patterned ,and patterns can change. I’m in the driver’s seat; he’s in the passenger seat helping me navigate. I still have to show up and do the work, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
