This classroom and community is monumentally helpful. All of the information is very clear and meaningful. Ive been able to improve my posture, my ribcage expands way more than I thought it could ever possible expand at very breathe, and Ive gotten my tongue fully suctioned to the roof of my mouth, and wow it makes my daily movement so much more free. Im so excited to continue. The support from the community is legendary, I've gotten so much peace of mind, knowledge, and encouragement from it.
