What’s the best platform to use for invoicing/billing?
As a newbie getting ready to launch my cleaning business in the next 2 weeks there are many options for billing and invoicing. Current options include: Banking/Financial institutions Quickbooks/QB Alternatives Pool service software… Skimmer, Pool Brain, Pay the Poolman, e.tc. Epay - Zelle, PayPal, e.t.c… What do you experienced folks out there recommend and why.

Pool Filter Cleaning Tech? Which is Best
New tech is coming out to make cleaning cartridge filters easy, but do they really work? Are they worth the money? Here are some links to new styles and links attached. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002WKS8A0?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title https://poolfilterbuddy.com/

I’m planning on getting a Cyclone very soon
When the training models turn into real life!
Hello everyone... just wanted to share an experience I had relating to the Pool Millionaire training modules. So earlier last week I finally was able to establish my wholesale account with a local/regional pool supply warehouse type place called Pool Equipment & Supply. This was a bit of a milestone for me because we are finally planning on launching our pool cleaning business in a couple weeks. So... I finally got there and I was so happy to finally get a chance to buy my tools and chems after months and months of being in the planning stages. Shortly after arriving there I realized I made a huge mistake by forgetting my list at home with everything I needed to buy. But then BOOM! I remembered the training module titled, "Vehicles, Tools and Chems Needed" from the training courses and it had a great list made by Our Guy Ed. (He's our guy and a title so I used the noun form there! LOL) So I logged in, pulled up the list and handed it to one of the guys behind the counter. I told him I basically need one of everything on that list. So, we went thru and selected everything and the sizes I opted for. At the end of it all and about $900 later I left with everything and a smile on my face knowing this is all slowly but surely starting to happen. This past weekend I used alot of the stuff I purchased working on my own pool and a few neighbors pools who are kind enough to let me "practice" on thier pools. That list that Ed came up with is extensive and came in very handy... and in real life ended working very well for me when I was in a pinch. Thanks Ed for all you do for our group here... when I needed it most the information you have worked so hard to provide for us all here really came thru for me in a time of need. The info here is of great value and all we need to do is learn and put it into practice... and it WILL work! Ed mentions this almost every week during our Zoom meetings... so I encourage everyone don't treat the education here like a gym membership ok. Really earnestly dive in, learn and apply the knowledge and your life and business will be better off because of it! (I apologize for any spelling and/or graphical errors I may have made.)

So I guess about the vacuuming thing. (This is just a general question to everyone) I’m thinking if a person positions themselves as offering a premium level of full service and they adversely they vacuum every week and they are charging thier customers for that level of service then yes… every week. Follow thru with what you sold your customers on

Maybe that means some weeks when the pool floor is clean then drop the vac and do a big “W” but follow thru with what you say. And that’s the beauty of operating here in the good ol’ U. S. Of A… everyone can do and advertise as they each see fit. Hence a lot of folks will add the clause “vacuum as needed” to thier service and I get that. Some folks use “as needed” as an excuse for never or next to never

If not, what would you like to learn about this industry? 3. What State are you located in? These are some examples. Our goal with this post is to meet you and welcome you.
