🛣️ Origin: I'm a hair loss 'enthousiast'. Or actually, was forced to experience pattern hair loss myself, and chose to turn it into something I care about. At 19 it started and I was completely lost. Nothing worked and everyone I turned to was cluecless. Eventually I was so hurt by my environment who couldn't help me, that I didn't dare to look further. At 25 it was nearly the point of no return. But I had a 'now or never' moment that showed a crossroads. I was either going to give in and let go, or give it one final shot. I fought back. 3 years later, I have made a huge comeback and have helped 300+ men overcome hair loss as well. Right now, I just launched an offer to help male entrepreneurs pick their ideal hair transplant clinic in 3 days (and keep the results for the rest of their life) 🏁 Desired Future State: Help entrepreneurs pick their ideal local hair transplant clinic, create a worldwide map of amazing clinics and offer all-in-one packages with the best clinic in the world (luckily that one is a couple hours away from me). The above are just the inputs to achieve the outputs. My dream outputs aren't set in stone yet, so I won't mention them specifically. But they do include making more than 10k/m and living in a nice climate. 🙋🏻‍♂️Why: "When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade" I want to turn the heaviest mental burden into a rocket towards my dreams 🕷️ Fears: Shiny object syndrome leading me astray and wasting my life, as it has done for 10+ years now. Getting better at it, but still tough to deal with. (if anyone is curious, I wouldn't mind to share some pics from my journey haha)

@Pablo Edgardo It really depends on how it makes you feel. Some guys accept it, other's don't. I couldn't.

@Pablo Edgardo I would agree with that for sure. You can see my before/after in the community header haha, crazy difference

I feel like the warehouse arc is shared in all entrepreneurs. It will suck but it will be temporary

@Joseph Isosaki What's your plan regarding this arc?

Joseph Isosaki - Integrating Fatherhood & Entrepreneurship
Origin: I just moved to Chicago after my all-in entrepreneurial ventures in Japan Failed. I'm currently looking for a global medTech leadership role (w/ benefits) so I can provide financial stability to my family. I've also built free community on Skool and am hopeful that I can progress my paid communities in a scalable way to provide additional value and financial freedom. Desired Future State: For the MedTech Role... targeting base comp 230k, working remote so I can still take care of baby Akio and Emiko (3yr), with global innovation influence ideally working between Startups, VC, and Strategics. For Skool, I'm hoping to build a thriving Free Community of around 5000 folks, and hit 40k MRR on my two paid communities in the years to come as things scale. Why: I genuinely want to provide for my children, my wife, my in-laws and break free of paycheck to paycheck. From a vocational perspective my IKIGAI is very centered on unlocking the potential of others as well as progressing innovation that heals on a global scales Fears: Order of Operations, patience, building for long term horizon, burn out, ... and whatever else crazy that God wants me to do

@Joseph Isosaki I think the main 'lack' is the tangible thing that shows what goes on in Pro. I know Pro exists and supposedly is better, but I have no idea how What could work is that you sometimes share a video or transformation that occured in the Pro group and share it here. It can even just be a raw Loom video with little context and a URL. Then people get a taste and may think "I want that for myself too" and then decide to upgrade. On the topic of Find Your Next, maybe it can be even simpler with a post template? - My name is [x], I like [x] and have a business/community about [x] - I am at stage [x] and I want to get at stage [x] - I think [x] is my biggest constraint, and I'm doing [x] to overcome it
