There was a time when I battled with the enemies lies in my head. The voices got louder and louder the more I entertained them and believed them! I found myself unable to hear Gods small still voice and eventually couldn’t even pray in peace. This happened because I didn’t know who I was in Christ! I did not know my identity in God. I believed a lie because I didn’t know the truth. When I began to read the word, I realized I was being deceived! That God did love me and would meet me right where I was. So I started to believe who God said I was instead of what my past said about me. I started walking as the fearfully and wonderfully made version of my self God created me to be. I felt more and more confident and began declaring and decreeing, touching and agreeing with what the word said about me! One scripture that helped me a lot during this time of sifting the lies through Gods righteous right hand was ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭5‬ ‭KJV‬‬ that says… “…casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” Thats a 2 step process that tells us to check our thoughts and self talk and stop it right there! Then bind that thing and kill it with the truth of Gods word. And that’s exactly what I did… one by one until I became who God said I was. Now, here I am not walking in the fullness of who I am becoming in Christ. This scripture was one that allowed me to reintroduce myself to myself and grab hold to my God given rights as a beloved child of God! I dare you to do the same. I dare you to stop allowing your past to define you and allow God to refine you! All Glory to God!!

“I’m still standing” Day 2
We had another eventful W.O.O.T. Group Zoom call this past Tuesday! Big thanks to all who joined! Who's ready for Day 2?! Focus Scripture: Daniel 3:17–18 (NIV) “If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it… But even if he does not, we want you to know… we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.” Dear Resilient Sister, Today is not for the faint of heart. This is the kind of day where heaven watches closely—because today, we choose to stand even when we don’t know what the outcome will be. Welcome to Day 2 of the “Though He Slay Me, Yet Will I Trust Him” Challenge. We are walking with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego today—three men who stared down the furnace and stood flat-footed in faith. They didn’t flinch. They didn’t fold. They didn’t negotiate with fear. They stood. Because their faith wasn’t tied to the outcome. Their faith was tied to who God is. That’s today’s challenge for us. To cultivate the kind of fireproof faith that says, “I know my God is able… but even if He doesn’t, I will not bow.” What to Expect for this Challenge: We’re pressing into what it means to develop unshakable faith We’re confronting the lies and fears that try to make us back down We’re learning how to stand even when we don’t know how it will end And we’re writing our own declaration of bold, unflinching trust in God Today is your moment to say: “Even if it doesn’t go how I hoped, I still trust Him.” Let those words settle into your bones. Speak them out loud. Let the fire hear your faith. Under the "Course" tab above, you will find your Day 2 Reflection Worksheet. Use it to reflect, to go deeper, and to declare your stand. Start with the trial. End with the truth. This is your faith in action. Sis, you weren’t made to break in the fire. You were made to rise in it. And today, you rise—with a faith that will not flinch. Let this be the day you draw a line in the sand. You will not bow. You will not back up.

W.O.O.T. Group
Praise the Lord! My name is Keiana and I'm thrilled to share that I've launched a new ministry, W.O.O.T., which stands for Word Of Our Testimony. I'm incredibly excited about it! The inspiration comes directly from Revelation 12:11: "And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, and by the word of their testimony..." This verse truly highlights a powerful truth: Our shared testimony is a weapon we can use to overcome challenges while inspiring others to do the same. My journey began with a non-profit called SAW (Sexual Abuse Warriors), where I currently serve as Secretary. Through that experience, I recognized a need to branch out and provide a faith-based option for those seeking spiritual mentorship and healing within a Christian context. God placed a clear vision on my heart: to create a safe space for people of faith to share their experiences and testimonies, gain access to support through community, all while learning about Jesus in practical, applicable ways. W.O.O.T. focuses on how to apply scripture to everyday life, navigating all its inherent ups and downs. I'll be offering both in-person and online interactive group lessons. These sessions will use scripture to explore a range of important subjects like trauma, healing, fear, relationships, loss, identity, and so much more. My sincere prayer for this ministry is that participants will feel encouraged to share their experiences, inspiring and uplifting one another while gaining practical wisdom directly from the Word of God. Also, prayerfully it open’s the doors of our hearts to a deeper understanding of Gods word in order to allow healing and growth to take root. Please reach out and let me know if you are interested in joining and being a part of this community!
