It was just one of my current meal obsessions that help me balance my Lupus and a great anti inflammatory receipe. All in all I just decided to share a little bit behind the why and make presentation look nice. I’ve gotten 8 new followers from it and lots of traction on my page. Take a snapshot of where you are right now. That means your followers, your posts, your engagement or whatever you want to measure growth in. It could be sales, leads, or even your fitness journey. Here’s why: 1. You’re saving it for yourself. 2. You’re sharing your journey. People love results and so do you. This community is about growth. In 90 days, I want you to be able to look back and see whether you truly applied yourself and made the right adjustments. The numbers aren’t the goal. Don’t get attached to them. But if you put in the work, the growth will come
