I did this in a bit of an unconventional way this last week. I went to a sound bath and I laid in a floating hammock for over an hour while amazing instruments were played around me and I just rested and it gave me time to think with such clarity it was profound. I also meditate daily for 30+ min at least and this is my prayer/thinking time. My yoga practice is also such a great thinking time, similar to my meditations, its my prayer (and thinking) time.

Happy Thanksgiving @Michael Clegg !! Wishing you and yours a beautiful day full of gratitude and grace. I'll be celebrating my favorite holiday with family and friends and eating an incredible meal prepared by the one and only @Christian Lisogorsky . I am so grateful for this group, for each and every person that is part of the RTM group and all the support and friendships we have built together. (I need to add this checkin to my calendar as well, I keep forgetting to join for a short check-in. )
