Happy to see everybody sticking with the check-in’s and their goals. The last few weeks have been challenging, so I appreciate the bandwidth to be able to handle some anomalies. I definitely feel like the stress and chaos contributed to getting off plan I’m going to weigh in again today at the gym and posted it up I actually did it yesterday, but things were so chaotic.
