🌿 A little gift for you... 🌿
One of the women I work one-one with is incredibly capable and successful. She runs her own high-flying business, juggles family life, always gives 100%, and to anyone looking in from the outside, it seems like she's coping brilliantly. But underneath, she was constantly overwhelmed. Her mind never switched off. She struggles to sleep without medication. She found herself moving from one task to the next without ever really feeling present. Over the last few months we've been working together to gently change that. Not by adding more to her to-do list. But by helping her regulate her nervous system, create simple daily habits, reduce overwhelm, simplify and streamline, and make choices that support the life she actually wants to live. One of the biggest turning points wasn't another technique—it was a change in how she saw herself. She realised she'd been measuring her worth by how much she achieved, believing she had to keep pushing to be successful. Once she recognised that pattern, everything else became easier. Looking after herself stopped feeling selfish and started feeling essential. Sometimes the biggest breakthrough isn't learning something new—it's finally seeing yourself and your life through a different lens. As part of that work, I created a Wellness Companion—a gentle morning guide designed to help start the day feeling calmer, more grounded, and more intentional. As well as simple ways to navigate the ups and downs of everyday life without losing your sense of calm. I thought it might be useful to others. So I'd love to share it with all of you. 💚 I hope it helps you create a little more space to breathe before the demands of the day begin. You'll find it attached below. This is also a little glimpse into the sort of work we'll be exploring in the Inner Compass Mastermind and one-one work inside the Premium Community. Each month we'll be slowing down together, using gentle coaching, nervous system practices, journaling, reflection and one-ones, to help you reconnect with yourself and move towards a life that feels more aligned.

thanks so much Lea I am loving this daily wellness companion. I am using brain dump and grid to empty my mind of all tasks to do and then prioritise .Really helpful and love the grounding through the day to keep you connected with yourself. Thank you
