I am so thrilled to have found this community and program that Kristin offers. I have already started making more money (ROI)than I normally would have with the suggestions of creating upgrade and downgrade options and offering clients what they truly need for their hair every time see them and not just going with the flow of the normal appointment they scheduled , doing a mini consultation before you start their hair, which gives the opportunity to add these extra quick 5-10 minute services.
