Enjoy The Journey 😁
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) “If you were miserable on the journey, the destination will never fulfil you.” Is a quote I often say to myself… Even had it stuck to my wall one time. Cause what is the point really of you achieving success but you hated the journey there? Do you know the story of Mike Tyson and the belts? There is a video on YouTube of you search it up. He calls the belts he worked really hard for his entire young life, “Worthless.” The reason why was how he obtained them, he hated the journey, and these belts are worthless because of that. Of he had of prioritised enjoying his journey, then they still mean something. This should be a reminder to you, to have a good time along the way. Whether your goal is scaling your business to $10k a month, building muscle, running a marathon, having a fight or whatever. Enjoy the journey, it is not about achieving the goal and getting the material reward, e.g money, belts and etc. No, it turns out those Instagram post’s you seen all those years ago were right. It is truly about the journey not the destination. Don’t forget this.

(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Trauma is actually something to be grateful for. And we all have it. Let me explain, you probably thought that first sentence I wrote was ridiculous, but bare with me. Of not for trauma then literally humans would have died years and years ago. Trauma develops like a defence mechanism in our brains. I was once watching a course from Dr K on this, and he explained this story I am going to tell you, it will give you a clear idea of how and why trauma forms, and you will understand the goods and bad's of it. The dog in the park story: Imagine some man about 20 or something walking through a park, and he see’s a dog, let’s say he goes down to pet the dog, the dog gets aggressive, and let’s say starts growling and barks. The man gets scared of course, and backs off from the dog, goes away and goes to mind his own business. Now even of the man see’s a dog again trauma will “activate” he will tense up, go into fight or flight mode, even of he see’s a picture of the same dog, next time he see’s the same breed even. That is trauma, you can see why it has some goods and bad’s first off the bad being it stops you from being the person you want to be, that man whether he like’s it or not until he heals from trauma, next time he see’s the same dog or a picture of it or even the same breed he will enter fight or flight mode. But at the same time, you can see the good in trauma aswell like of we did not have it we would undeniably get ourselves in way more dangerous situations more death’s could happen and whatnot, yeah sure. More business mess ups and what not. But the best case scenario is healing from trauma, and that is a post for another day.

How To Feel Happy Beyond Money ❤️
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Have you ever checked my bio? “Helping entrepreneurs feel happy beyond money.” That is my goal here, this is why I post what I post, and in this post, I want to give the people here who already got money but are unhappy… Cause I know people in my own life close to me, and even my younger self who have got money from business but still are unhappy, lack fulfilment and etc. Let me tell you a story first of the first time I started making good money from business, it was back in April of 2024. I had a business selling stuff on eBay, and I remember one month I made $1.5k just selling stuff, which I got full profit on as well! I remember that had been a goal of mine for so long, to make like £1000 a month, but I still felt unfulfilled, unhappy and did not feel good in myself. I seen the big pay checks from eBay go to my bank and was just like “meh,” I didn’t really care for it, it was really awesome though during the height of it, I remember one night I kept getting notifications of sales, that was really hype, I was just on my PC chilling watching YouTube and my phone was blasting off with sale notifications. It was really cool the first few times, but then tbh, you kind of just get used to it, you know? Hedonic adaptation, I guess. But now I know stuff I didn’t know back then, I now know the reason why I had money but was still not happy. Reasons: Reason 1: Lack of purpose, I was just doing this reselling model for the sake of money, and I got no purpose in it, I now have changed my view on this absolutely I see money as a score for how well you contribute to your purpose, money made from your purpose is worth more than making more money in some degenerate business, by a long shot, I am making less money online from my coaching business right now, but every dollar made it means so much cause I know when people invest money they just will get more results no matter what, and it is the moral thing to charge high prices, it just feels amazing that my expenses and etc, are covered by money made from my purpose.

(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) What a weird and absurd title, you may be thinking… I can explain, just first of all, I want to say, obviously, consistency is great and awesome, but I believe there are two types of it: 1. Robot consistency This type of consistency is unhealthy and turns you into an autist, I used to have this, I had like a 455 day+ streak on the Medito app, and it made me into this paranoid overthinking weirdo, even on Christmas Day and stuff, holiday, etc I was in my head overthinking “Oh got to keep up the streak!” I felt like I had no choice but to keep it up for the rest of my life to be good enough, and it was for other habits too, like working on my business, I was like oh if I don’t exactly on the dot do 4 hours of deep work a day on my copywriting business then I am going to lose my streak! This type of consistency will ruin your mental health. 2. Healthy consistency This is were you will like roughly let’s say 80% of the time follow and be on your habits, but roughly 20% of the time you miss some, take some time off to enjoy your life and etc. Controversial but I believe, it is actually good and healthier of someday, you miss habits, I mean what is the point of a habit tracker of every day is ticked perfectly no matter what? Of course I am still saying hold yourself to a high standard with being consistent and don’t cope with this, but of for example you had a really busy day of working on your business and you have two options, stay up like 30 minutes past your bed time, to do your habit of exercise, which will further mess up your sleep as well, or just skip it this one time, I say it is better to skip. And as for streaks I say, do not even give a damn about them, screw the Medito streak, they mean nothing, and on special occasions like birthdays, Christmas, holidays and stuff, I say in general, of you don’t feel like it on those days just forget the habits, and live life, don’t be in your head on Christmas day thinking “Oh got to do 10 minutes meditation, got to eat clean, got to do 4 hours deep work, got to wake up at 5AM, take a cold shower.”

(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) There is no one size fits all to advice in general… I mean for some people, some beginners or some people absolutely lost the best thing they can do is turn off their brain and listen to the successful person. But that is not always the case. Sometimes the best thing you can do is trusting your own intuition… And it can really mess up your mental health and make you overthink. Like of you watch a guide to money and the guy tells you the only way to get rich is to go to university and be a doctor or whatever. But that’s his bias, of course he is going to say when asked money advice to do what he done and he will clown on all the other options. In general it is a good practise of you are really confused and lost to just blindly listen to someone, for a bit until you get a better understanding, than to find your own way. But for those especially of we are talking about this in terms of business for example, if you are making money and your way is going well for you, but you get distracted, side tracked and feel guilty when some other guru says “Do this thing to get success! No you can not do it that way you must do it this way to win!” No the key really is to just trust your intuition of something tells you, no I disagree, not sure what to think about that, trust your heart and your inner talk. Please don’t waste your life living someone else’s life they want for you.
