I know we talk about a lot of lead generation methods I wanted to show yall what I do- I run a nationwide/virtual model of wholesaling and I run ads on social media. On this account i was able to get 67 leads for around $11 a lead. In two weeks! Super excited about this because our cost per lead was usually around $25 and I finally have nailed it down. The key to this is being open to multiple markets. I used to only wholesale in specific markets now I do the entire sunbelt/east coast/midwest but I handpicked 120 cities & its been going great!
