The Eve Before Our Saturday Gathering🥰
Happy Friday loves🌿 I can’t stop smiling thinking about tomorrow. It’s hard to believe we’re already at our last Grounded Circle gathering together. These eight weeks have been such a beautiful journey. We’ve slowly been letting go of pieces that we have grown out of. And then there are pieces we have deepened into by remembering ourselves. Tomorrow let’s be extra observant and see if we can notice. Notice what has changed. Notice what feels different. Notice what you’re carrying with you now that wasn’t there eight weeks ago. All you need is your journal, your pen, and your curiosity. I cannot wait to spend one more morning with all of you❤️

Week 6 Guide is up🥳
Alright loves. Week six. This week we’re talking about our body🌿 We’re talking about what it knows. Because your body is a compass. A built in, always on, never wrong compass that is constantly picking up on energy, on truth, on presence, on shifts in the environment around you, seen and unseen, and giving you a physical signal in response. You know how some people use a pendulum to get a yes or a no? Or muscle testing? Where your body literally responds stronger or weaker depending on what’s true? Your body is already doing that. All the time. Without any tools. Without any practice. It’s been doing it your whole life. That little shift in your chest when something feels off. The warmth that spreads when something is right. The way your shoulders drop when you finally hear the truth. The tightness that shows up around certain people or situations even when you can’t explain why. That’s your compass moving. That’s your body saying, “pay attention”. Something is here. This week we just learn to listen to it. Your Week 6 PDF is live in the Classroom. Comment 🌿 when you downloaded it.

Ancestral Sacred Space🕯️
Midweek lovelies and I want to plant a little seed today🌿 Have you ever thought about creating a small space in your home for your ancestors? I’m inspired by so many cultures who do this so beautifully. In my Mexican culture we have Día de los Muertos. In my opinion it is one of the most beautiful traditions where you build an ofrenda. A space where we can put photos, candles, marigolds, their favorite food. We build our ofrendas out of love. Out of saying, I remember you. You are loved and still part of this family. And the Japanese have altars in their homes called butsudan that families tend every single day. They bring offerings of fruit or their favorite treats. They burn insense and light tiny candles. They speak to their ancestors like they’re still in the room. Because in many ways, they are❤️ What we you did something like that this week? It doesn’t have to be elaborate. A photo. A candle. Maybe a flower or something that reminds you of them. A small corner that says, “this space is for you. I haven’t forgotten where I come from.” When we create a physical space for something we’re working on energetically, it anchors it. It makes it real. It gives the energy somewhere to land in your home, in your daily life, not just in meditation. And every time you see this beautiful space you have for them, maybe light a candle or offer a fruit or treat this week, you’re opening that throat chakra a little more. You’re saying I acknowledge you. I honor you. I’m ready to receive your wisdom. Try it. Even something tiny. Share any ideas you may have down below👇

Earlier this week, I was cleaning off my desk & there's a photo of my mom & I that i keep there along with a few things that remind me of her (the ladybug house & the palm tree). Before you posted this, I intetionally reset that area up. I keep it there to remember her & feel her near. I tend to end up building little altars pretty much wherever I spend time, almost subconsciously. I thought it was really cool that as I was sitting here at my computer looking at Anna's photo of her cabinet, that right underneath is my collection of stuff, including an amethyst that looks really similar also on the right side. Then you can see other similarities, like the random hello kitty sticker & Anna's cat in the center & then of course there's a dragonfly here too.

Week 5 guide is up✨
Alright lovelies. Week five. Let’s go🌿 This week we are opening up the throat chakra and we are going deep into the ancestral lineage to reclaim something that has always belonged to you. Your voice. Your truth. Your queendom. A lot of the ways we shrink and doubt ourselves, the ways we stay quiet when we know something, that didn’t start with us. That got passed down. Through the silence of the women before us and their wounds that nobody talked about. Through generations of being told to be good, quiet and small. And this week we go back to find where it started. Back Your Week 5 PDF is live in the Classroom. Your Lineage Journal prompts are inside along with your throat chakra practice. Three minutes every morning. Out loud if you can. Even a whisper counts. Drop a 🌿 when you’ve got it. Let’s go claim what’s ours.

Let’s REALLY work on receiving❤️
Midweek check in lovelies🌿 I have one question for you today and I want you to really sit with it. When was the last time you truly let someone do something for you? Not deflected it by saying, “It’s okay..”. Not minimized it. Not immediately gave something back to make it feel even. (I’m guilty of that last one) Just received it. Just said thank you and let it actually land in your body. I ask because I know this is the hardest part for so many of us. We are the nurturers. The holders. The ones who make sure everyone else is doing okay. It's beautiful, but it's also exhausting. And somewhere along the way we started believing that receiving was selfish. That we had to earn it first. That we should wait until we'd given enough. But the truth is that you can’t hear your own guidance clearly if deep down you don't believe you are worthy of receiving it. It’s like when you’re in an airplane and the flight attendants instruct you if an emergency happens, to put a mask on yourself first before you help a loved one. I flew for 12 years as a flight attendants so this ins only of my favorite analogies✈️ So for today's practice, let’s do something kind for ourselves. Let something in today. A compliment. A kindness. A moment of unexpected beauty. A quiet impression that floats through and you almost brush aside. And remember, whatever comes in, don't deflect it. Just say thank you and feel it. Then write it in your Synchronicity journal tonight. What's one thing you're going to practice receiving today? Share below👇

I have a couple! First I was going to say "Positive self talk" but I think i'm going to change that to "Self Praise" and then JOY just popped in as an afterthought. I barely ever claim joy for myself, so think that's a good one, too. I was considering this and I actually don't think I have that difficult of a time receiving from others. I like to give and I like to receive. This is the type of exchange that I enjoy the most, I don't like it one sided either way. At some point I think I got comfortable with receiving - maybe some time during my 30s....I don't think it always came as natural. There are some scenarios...like maybe a group scenario where I might get self conscious about this b/c I might worry about "what others might think of me" and it's funny b/c my husband actually has a hard time receiving & although he is the most wonderful person on Earth he has on occasion tried to keep me from receiving 'too much' from others in certain circumstances, because he sees receiving as something you shouldn't do, like it's impolite or rude or being a bother, to which I usually get P.O.ed at him & tell him that he's wrong. lol but I totally understand that it's his stuff & not mine. The place where I've actually noticed I do have a hard time receiving is from MYSELF!!! wtf?! crazy right? but it's true. My needs tend to come last when I'm the one deciding. If given the opportunity I will allow to be given to, but it usually has to be someone else's idea. So, I see that as the area for me to work on, receiving from myself.
