How much juice to drink
Will you kindly remind me how many ounces we should aim to drink per day? @Nathan Mulder

@Elise Essenmacher I dont necessarily. I know one client of mine did a parasite and fungal cleanse and it removed most of her histamine problems, so it could potentially be linked to that for you too! She did the NAC protoco with oregano oil and black seed oil together with nac supplementation.

@Elise Essenmacher Here's the protocol, my client is actually a medical doctor who did an extended juice fast, I did a YouTube interview with her too. You could even reach out to her and ask about her experience. Here's the protocol: https://www.scribd.com/document/723685960/NAC-Protocol-Printable-1 Here's Shannon's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dr.haliko?igsh=M2VmMG1xeTAzdWtk

@Elizabeth Marquardt You're welcome!
Blood Sugar
What is your take on Blood Sugar btw? Do you recommend only having a certain amount of fruit juice per day or per drink? @Nathan Mulder

That depends on your general health and any specific blood sugar related issues you might have. In general there's no problem unless there's some type of damage or issue that might cause blood sugar issues, such as for example insulin resistance or inhibition. I've coached people with diabetes that were fine with fruit sugar, but this was all assessed on a personal basis. The juice still has phytonutrients in it which act much like fiber, slowing the rate of blood sugar insulin spikes, but there will be more than when eating as its more concentrated with juice. So you can drink as much fruit juice as you want, based on what your body can handle and your health situation. You want to get your calories through fruit and nutrients through veggie juice as shown in the course. Add supplementation too. With diabetes for example, depending on the type, might need to start with plain veggie juice first. Usually after a few weeks carrot juice becomes an option, the body can handle that. Once that is fine, then one can start and test simple fruit juices, ideally diluted with veggies first. Then work up from there, with more intense fruit juices. Again, this all depends on the individual.

My Intro
Hello everyone, I'm so very happy to join yall, my interests are first of all God, my family, the outdoors, gardening, and health topics like meditation, veganism, herbalism, and fasting. I'm here to cultivate my general health, mind, body, and spirit. My biggest strenghts are being resilient, honest, and determined. Food addiction has always been my struggle My most recent accomplishment has been completing a 67 day juice feast, but my greatest accomplishment has been raising my 4 wonderful children. The reason why I joined your community is because I want to find a safe space where I can chat about different topics that interest me, learn from other's journeys, and find some sense of encouragement and accountability for my own life experiences and decisions.
