Just want to briefly introduce myself if we haven't already met: this time last year — December 2024 — I was completely burnt, fried, extra crispy, and deeply depleted from pouring myself into helping others while my own well was empty. That deep-seated drive to help people has always been a part of me, but I realized I could no longer give from a place of exhaustion so I made myself a promise: all of 2025 would be devoted to my spiritual healing, putting myself first for a change so I could eventually serve others from a healthier, more aligned place. I stepped onto the spiritual healing path in January, and ever since then, the path has been revealing itself in the most unexpected ways. Looking back, I can say with certainty: I am not the same person I was a year ago. Through shedding lifelong limiting beliefs, navigating the challenges of my partial thyroidectomy in October, and recently healing my inner child while addressing karmic and ancestral debts, contracts, and traumas, I’ve transformed, expanded, and ascended. And then, last week, I had the most profound AHA moment, one of many actually. I was at the Phoenix airport and noticed a sweatshirt in a gift shop (photo attached). Something nudged me to ask, “What is the significance of Phoenix?” And in that instant, full body energy charge/chills for Divine confirmation hit me like a ton of bricks: I AM the phoenix rising from the ashes. While I’ve come to understand and truly appreciate that the answers are within me, that I am the answer, and I don't need an over-priced airport souvenir, I still want to get that sweatshirt. 😆 Not for the logo, but for the reminder: no matter how late in life, no matter how daunting the challenge, no matter how unprepared you feel, regardless of any excuses that may come up, GET ON THE PATH! The path reveals itself in the most mind-blowing and rewarding ways as you walk it. It’s the journey, friends, always the journey!

Hello everyone, How are you today? I hope you’re all well. Today, I’d like to express my gratitude to one of my soul sisters, Lena @Lena Uejo 🤍 Lena generously shared her gift with me this week through a mutually agreed exchange, and I also offered her an energy healing in return, which we’ll be scheduling soon. It was such a light, fun, and invigorating experience to share space together. I had the gift of time and energy from Lena for two consecutive days, and within that 48-hour window, so many golden nuggets, AHAs, and synchronicities unfolded. A few that stood out: - A gentle reminder for me to revisit and rewrite self-limiting beliefs - A successful group healing that unfolded within the next 24 hours, inspired by the wisdom that emerged from my 1:1 session with Lena - A real-life moment that helped consolidate and heal a part of my inner child. A powerful miracle mother-son moment. I deeply believe in co-creating experiences, and I know in my heart that many of the miracles and blessings I receive from God / the Divine / the Universe are connected to the healing work we commit to daily. I also know that my 1:1 exchange with Lena contributed meaningfully to this unfolding. Thank you again, Lena, for the experience, the wisdom, and the learnings that came through.
