Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know that the Breath-work Course is now officially open and available inside the community. I know many of you have been waiting on this for a while, and I want to apologize for how long it took to get it up. I wanted to make sure it was done properly and aligned with the deeper work we’re doing here, and I appreciate your patience while I got it ready. This course is now mandatory for everyone moving forward. The reason is simple: breath-work is one of the most important foundations for everything else we do. A regulated nervous system makes DNA activations, Flame Body work, and higher frequency integration much clearer, safer, and more embodied. Without this foundation, the work can feel scattered or overwhelming. This course will give you the practical tools and understanding to support your nervous system while doing deeper spiritual work. Along with the breathwork course, I’ve also added two new guided OBE meditations in the Guided Meditations section. These are specifically for astral travel and out-of-body experiences.
