Unshakable? You betcha! 🙏🌟
Hello again 👋 It's an interesting thing to start a group (skool or otherwise), invite people in, and then... Completely Ghost It 😅 So, this is just a quick update: 1. I changed the name to Higher Love. This 'concept' was given to me in meditation. It's a way to spiritualise the 7 chakras and move into the 8th, 9th and Higher. I practiced and jounaled this meditation for 90 days, as was suggested (I know you're asking 'by who?' - good question) 🙏 It informs a lot of the work I do, without explicitly stating it. Now I'm going to state it 🌟 2. Life and lived experience came knocking. A few months ago I experienced a home invasion (otherwise known as 'the event'). And I don't mind sharing that I woke up to find 3 masked men with machetes in my bedroom!!! 🥷 Lot's of learning there folks - which I'll share over the next few months 🤗 3. I went back to 'in person' work here in Yamba. An absolute blessing as it turns out, and fortunately it was already in motion when 'the event' happened. I'm not sure I would have had the courage to manifest it otherwise. 💗 4. My partner fell 4 meters from a roof, and so Carer Jacqui came out... and I was forced to go into a deep period of integration - or be lost. 😪 Oh... and 5? I changed the name back to Unshakable Soul - as that is what I had to reach for. What I had to personally embody. And yes my beautiful friends - it made the difference 💗🪷💗 And now... I'm back. Or very close to it! 😍 So, my intention for this little post was simply to provide a quick re-orientation for the work (yes, it's changed), and also to serve as a bit of an explanation... as a side order 😊🥗 Love to you all xx

Wow Jacqui, that's a lot to process on all levels 😨 It can't help but shift perspective and foster some changes/growth/resilience 💫 May you transcend challenging life experiences with grace and ease 🙏
We're now a community of 10! 🥳🌟🥰
Just a quick post to say a big thanks to all who have joined me in here. I'm very thankful and appreciative of you all. Many of the people I work with often experience avoidance and social isolation due to anxiety and/or trauma, so I hope this is a way that we can all stay connected... no matter what's going on in our lives. And if you know me, then you also know that this isn't easy for me to do either! 🫣But I'm here because I think connection and community are really important right now. I'm hoping that together, we can create a safe place where we can all show up, be messy, find that connection, and have a bit of fun 🌟🤗 🙌 ps - if you have any feedback for me I'd love to hear it 💜

🌿 Walk Out the Door Fridays
One of the things anxiety often does is make us hesitate at the doorway of the very things that matter to us. Not because we don’t care. Not because we’re incapable. But because our nervous system has somehow decided the step ahead might be unsafe. And there are lots of reasons why this can happen. The more important thing is... ' what ya gonna do about it'? Particularly, if it matters to you — and it aligns with your values. So, perhaps today is the day to walk out the door and take the first step. When I work with clients, I often refer to this as “walk out the door therapy.” The idea is simple. When something truly matters — when it’s aligned with your values — sometimes the most powerful step is simply to walk out the door and do the thing. Not perfectly. Not fearlessly. Just consistently. Over time the nervous system begins to realise: “Oh… nothing terrible happened.” And little by little, just like magic 🪄 the chemistry begins to settle 😌 So here’s the gentle challenge for today: ✨ Is there something small and meaningful you’ve been avoiding? Maybe it’s sending the email. Making the call. Recording the video. Having the conversation. Starting the thing you keep thinking about. If you feel like sharing, let us know below: What’s your “walk out the door” step today? Or what doorway are you preparing to walk through? 💜 Small steps often create the biggest shifts. 💜

My step today, don't overthink it 🤩
🫶 Walk Out the Door Therapy
Yesterday I recorded a course video and, honestly, I almost talked myself out of doing it. Not because I didn’t know the material — but because my nervous system decided it was a very big deal. That’s one of the curious things I've learnt about anxiety. It can make us want to shut down, hide away, and postpone the very things that matter to us. When I work with clients, I often talk about something I call “walk out the door therapy.” 🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️ The idea is simple. When something matters to you — something aligned with your values — sometimes the most helpful step is simply to keep walking out the door and 'do the thing.' For many sensitive souls with anxious predispositions, 'the thing' is often just 'getting through the door!' There's value is just doing it 💪🏼 Not perfectly. Not fearlessly. Just consistently. Over time the nervous system begins to realise: “Oh… nothing terrible happened. Maybe this is safe after all.” That process is called habituation, and it’s one of the ways anxiety gradually loosens its grip. So this week I’ve set myself a small challenge: Record something every day 🎥 Not because it has to be perfect — but because practice will help my nervous system settle. And so, I'm curious… Is there something small and meaningful that anxiety has been nudging you to avoid? If so, maybe your challenge is simply to walk out the door and take one step toward it. The key here is 'meaningful' - otherwise, save yourself the chemistry. Our values are also one of the best ways we can discern the need to show up... or not. So if the thing you need most today is rest. That counts too. Sometimes the most aligned step really is to put your feet up. If the challenge is accepted - let me know what it is in the comments ⬇️🤗

I love how you've talked about the underpinning process of "habituation". It gave me the perspective of looking over what has been playing out in my own life, what has been holding me back in certain areas-time to disarm the nervous system. It's my time to walk out the therapy door and do the 'thing', challenge accepted.
