I gotta be honest. Today plans took a turn. I posted prefilmed non talking reel. Didn’t do any new reachout and old leads kinda ended convo. Also didn’t go to the gym because I had to turn in presentation for missed lecture. So yeah… I did do something but I didn’t do main task of planning:/ oops. And all of this mostly because I got distracted with my phone and not even for that long but still. Like I know how crazy it sounds but I swear this phone messed up my focus in insane amounts. But I did feel a bit better cause I was happy while on it and I forgot about everything that I want to change. But on the other hand people on drugs are also happy but at the same time avoiding responsibilities. So yeah this is exactly why I take this phone thing so seriously… cause this day is perfect example of what happens if I don’t.

So today I really don’t feel like recording talking reel but I will post regular reel probably and main task today is to plan. Because my strategy needs some tweaks and I actually need to use my brain to see how I’m gonna attract and hunt for clients. And yesterday after the call I felt creative energy instead of analytical so I’m in the right headspace for ideas not just execution. Balance is important. If I find the energy to record, I will but main priority today is to sit down and think and journal and plan. If that is done effectively the day is a win. I was also thinking of going to the gym even though yesterday I did yesterday and todays workout so I could have a day off but tomorrow is crowded Monday and I usually rest on those. I will see how my wrist feels and decide later.

Reel✅ I also was talking to leads but I didn’t do 10 new outrach dms because there weren’t enough new people interacting with posts. I also went to the gym and ran intervals and then so did what was supposed to be tomorrows upper body day. Idk if I should feel proud or face the fact that that was for tomorrow and I came home close to midnight because of that, like in my old ways when my sleep schedule was really bad. Yesterday I also went to sleep at like 2am so I need to pull myself together and take this more seriously. Also my wrist was hurting but I pushed through anyways. Hope that this decision doesn’t bite me back tomorrow.

Today was a success 🤍 I got all the small things out of the way and finally sent the final draft to the girl I’ve been working with (that alone took up most of my day). Community call done ✅ We shared wins of the week, looked honestly at what’s been slowing our execution down, and had such a good, real conversation. Thank you so much to every girl who showed up, this is exactly why this space exists. Now we move forward clearer, stronger & more intentional. The only thing left for me today is finishing packing and we’re good to go ✈️ I’m also in the process of preparing useful resources for you based on what came up today. So I thought I posted it but I accidentally deleted post so I’m writing again. Main goal was to record and post talking reel and I already did that. Side quests are: running intervals on treadmill at gym, talking to leads and warm outreach. I feel like my life is changing fast but I’m motivated to keep going because I’m not yet where I want to be but I know that it’s my responsibility to change that. My days look like: wake up, gym, coaching work and studies work and then sleep and repeat. I don’t go out or talk to any friends because we have such different goals and also they aren’t reliable. I was constantly getting cancelled last minute or 3 times in a row and sometimes I just straight up felt disrespected. Like if we make plans and then they don’t even say anything and then say they fell asleep or forgot. I don’t need friends like that. I’d rather be alone and work on myself and on the way find friends who have a similar mindset and values. Yesterday I was so focused on coaching that I forgot a mandatory lecture and now I have to go to final exam for this subject😐. But mistakes happen, that’s life. I’m not gonna beat myself up over it, I’m just gonna make sure I fix it so it doesn’t happen again.
