I just finished my zoom! I am SO PROUD of myself and grateful because Journaling has felt SO scary in the past. But today I took a big step!! I started filling out a guided journal! I realized some of the blocks.. for example, the last time I journaled, my life was literally in danger. So my system had associated "Journaling" with danger. Not only that, but being a single mom, I need to be intentional about privacy (and I deserve to). So to write it in a random notebook felt too scary and yet more stress on my brain etc. Another block was the thought "ahhhh this is too complicated! Therefore I shouldn't start" etc I said, hey, just open it up during your Zoom. Work on it during that time frame. Then close it for now πŸ₯° So all that to say, this morning I conquered (at least starting) to journal!! πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³ Love you guys!! Hope this helps!!

How is everyone this morning? I have not completed my dancing yet due to a lot of pain. However, I am proud of myself and grateful because I keep trying. Keep trying to get to the root. Love you guys! I saw a BIG beautiful butterfly when I was coming back inside😍

Good morning!!
How is everyone this morning? I was not feeling good at all yesterday and it really ramped up last night. But ultimately, I am getting awareness and am grateful for that. It is like that story of falling in the hole in the sidewalk. I am getting much better at seeing the hole BEFORE falling in. Love you guys! πŸ₯°

I realized that for me, at least currently, the more I can learn how to compartmentalize, the more effective I will be in every area 😁 For example, I'm reminding my nervous system we don't have to figure out anything else tonight (or maybe we doπŸ˜…, since my daughter is home). But I don't HAVE to continue churning on figuring out non-urgent things. That is a trauma response. The feeling that I can NEVER rest or relax because God forbid something happens, etc etc. But I'm calling it out because it isn't fair to me or even true😊 I'm truly learning how to relax. How to recover. And that being said, I am going to eat dinner πŸ₯° Love you guys!!
