Weight Loss
This week I did okay on diet probably a C+. Fell down ate some bad food probably 3x this week. But we are down just shy of 2lbs from last Saturday. We haven't started fasting yet or anything. The goal is 1lbs-5lbs per week. 285.9 to 284.1. Cant say im not disappointed but a win is a win. Id like to be down 3-5lbs a week.

@Coach Steve Sleep schedule has been kinda botched not sleeping til probably past 11pm and waking up around 8am everyday. This week I have tuna, lettuce, and light mayo for salads. Apples for snacks. Other foods I have right now are bologna sandwiches and Ramen noodles. Probably gonna hit Aldis monday to grab some more fruits some rice and chicken
