Hey folks. Been awhile since I posted. My bad. Last week I lost no weight. I was feeling kinda bummed. I tried to take a big picture view with it. This week I’m down 3 lbs. it’s true what they say; it’s all about consistency.

Day two of vacation
Day two of vacation. I was really tempted. Others in my group eating deserts the size of my head. I didnt eat any of the dessert. I got up this morning worked out on treadmill and elliptical and burnt 450 calories. Had a green smoothie for breakfast. Feeling defiant, not gonna give in to the cravings. Hope everyone else is staying strong and doing well!
Staying on Track on Vacation
hey folks; first day on my vacation. I managed to stay on my diet for the day of travel and the first day on the resort. Had oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast and a yogurt parfait for lunch. For supper went to Mexican restaurant and had high protein and low carb supper. It was just like Adam said in the eating out video. WE can do this! Best part is there is a gym on the resort so I can do my workouts while Im here! I feel great, and confident I can stay on track! Sending support and positive vibes to all of you!
Excited to start working with Adam and having a community to talk with
Hi I am working out with a yoga app and I started at 155 pounds and now I am at 151 and the best part is my core is getting stronger. I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2016 and it affected my mobility to the point that I am walking with a walker my goal is to not have to use a walker anymore and I am happy to report that I have taken a few steps without the walker and my balance is so much better. I cannot wait to work with Adam so I can keep on track with my health goals. I wish everyone the best. The key is consistency. Have a great night everyone
