Staying on Track on Vacation
hey folks; first day on my vacation. I managed to stay on my diet for the day of travel and the first day on the resort. Had oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast and a yogurt parfait for lunch. For supper went to Mexican restaurant and had high protein and low carb supper. It was just like Adam said in the eating out video. WE can do this! Best part is there is a gym on the resort so I can do my workouts while Im here! I feel great, and confident I can stay on track! Sending support and positive vibes to all of you!
