Best tube buddy score so far!
Ive never seen a full 100% score! Have you? I’ve been playing around a lot with titles and keywords this last week in Tube buddy. I wanted to do a beginners intro to longevity video, should I use this as my next video title? What do you reckon @David Carbutt !? 😁

Awesome what a great find! I think it's a strong framing for the video so there's a good chance it could do well. Let me tell you my stance on what to do when you find things like this. The key and holy grail of content production is finding formats which work, which are well aligned to the type of content you want to make, and which are repeatable. If you can do this, it makes your life so much easier because you might have two, three, four, five formats which work and all you have to do is then tweak around the edges. For example your title is “5 Things Beginners Should Do for Longevity". If this does well for you, this could become a format where you change either the word "beginners" or the word "longevity": - "Five Things Professionals Should Do for Longevity" - "Five Things Beginners Should Do for Age Maxing" If it performs well on your channel, you could actually have five or ten different videos which follow up behind it. If you can find three to five formats like this which you can rinse and repeat over time, especially if something hits the news cycle which makes this piece of content more relevant again, you have something you can truly rinse and repeat. this makes content production 10 times easier and 10 times more likely to be successful

too busy! try and have 3 key elements max, the red side along probably has 3/4 key elements Man, laptop, phone, title (plus the rest is noisey). also you are far too small, imagine people on phone. Bright colours is good! could go a bit brighter. this is far from perfect, but a quick mock up I think is better :)

Week 4 done! (In 6 weeks 😬)
Hi all. I just posted my first video following through the course. My first few videos aren’t necessarily spot on to my intended niche, but until I finish my workshop I’m trying to keep pushing towards monetization! Let me know what you think! @Doug Zegel coming up with video concepts which are easy to execute on is huge leverage. If you're sinking too much time into each video, you're on a bit of an uphill battle, at least to start with

Elon Musk Reposted Me on X
This is the most under-appreciated aspect of social media. As an individual or a business, social media is one of the highest-leverage plays you can make. A single piece of content can reach a huge amount of people. You can share with them your mission, thoughts or business. “Who" it is on the other end of the screen might just surprise you, they could end up being a very important partner or viewer for you moving forward. X is particularly amazing for this, but this occurs on all platforms. Elon followed me on X after I made some content supporting him during his political era for Farzad. He’s also been an amazing supporter of the Farzad project. For that we are thankful, but he only supported because of the value that we've given to the marketplace. There is no free lunch. Every so often I/we get a really cool interaction like this recent repost. Previously, Elon also pinned one of Farzad's videos that we made for him to the top of his X profile, which also had my name tagged in it. That was pretty cool, you can see it pinned on my profile. Hopefully this little nugget inspires you to make some cool content today!

This might be the best product I've ever used!
Grok Bot is hands down one of the best products I have ever used. Maybe the best ever. I have had it less than a week. I am not a developer. I talk to one chat and it already knows my business better than me. It reads Slack, email, meeting notes, Notion, and Stripe. It knows Farzad, my clients, the courses we sell, the agency, the sales calls, and who owes each step in our workflow. I do not brief it every morning. It briefs me. Course scripts go through a Claude project we linked. Claude writes. This thing briefs it, fact-checks, and makes it sound like me before I film. YouTube is another bit. It builds the 1080p slides to go in videos, zips them with a cue sheet, and drops the pack in Slack for the editors the same turn. Caught a bad number in a SpaceX video the night I was filming, rebuilt the slides, and sent the pack. Script change, slide change. I did not have to ask twice. It sat on our sales calls and reviewed the process. Then it wrote a rule from that. Book the next call before you hang up. Send the Stripe link while they are still there. Stop emailing homework. It built a live 50% off code on Stripe for an AI course and set when it dies. Stripe is a minefield when you don’t know what you’re doing, could have taken me an hour and it did it in one click. I told it my rules for life. Question every requirement. Delete before you simplify. It holds me to that on the work, without me invoking it. This is a chief of staff I hired on a Tuesday. Don’t sleep on GrokBot.
