Slowly coming back!
Hi beautiful people! It's been so long since I've checked in. I had a big setback in my recovery, but I'm slowly getting better. Physical therapy was a struggle, but it had helped immensely. I'm still not 100% yet, but it's getting better day to day. I haven't been able to bead till today and got completely overwhelmed and frustrated trying to get back into things. I'll keep at it till it's second hand again. Hope you all have been well. 😊

Beginning to sale some of my beaded jewelry.
In my senior community we can sale what we make in certain crafts clubs. I am starting with 5 items this week. Is there anyone who sales they beaded treasures?

Bead Along Monday!🥰
Today I had the privilege of teaching my friends granddaughter how to bead her first bracelet! It was so much fun and she absolutely loves the result and I think I’ve created a lifetime beader! She’s only 10 years old and this was her first attempt at bead weaving. I think she did pretty well.

Cylin Beads
I just ordered some cylin beads as there is a 50% discount running at the moment, I’ve not tried these ones but i have tried some alternative Delica sized beads ‘FGB’s that come in the 25g bags that have been great to help buffer out my delica supplies. Anyone tried Cylin Beads?

I love using them. I feel like they might be slightly more uniform than delicas, though I still love delicas. I've used them together, and though there's a slight difference, you'd really have to be looking to tell. There are also negatives, so beware. They have smaller holes, so passing multiple passes might be a problem. They seem a bit sharper, so they could cut the thread by pulling too hard. It's happened to me, and I'm not a tight beader. As for fringe, they'll stack on top of each other, so there's not much flow. Those are my experiences with cylin beads. The price is excellent for 25g! I just hope they make many more colors.
