Where it started.
Some of us have BIG goals within our non profits. Did any of you have a massive idea which you scaled back to get started? Any success stories on growing from an adolescent version of their big picture?

Im working on impacting intergenerational trauma in my region which has been an issue for a long time here. Its caused a lot of addiction and unhealthy habits in the people here.
Seeking guidance
I started a non profit with a big goal. I have overwhelmed myself with my ambitious project and am having a hard time motivating myself to continue my work. Stepping into my shoes as my "new self" if you will. Any advice for a leader who's stepping into shoes that feel to big too fill?
The Sahtu Support Association
My name is Bryson Rogers. I am the founder and president of the Sahtu Support Association. I live in a remote community based in northern canada, people in my region hold tons of intergenerational trauma and have had addiction issues for generations as well due to this unhealed trauma. My goal with my non profit is to support people by giving them a space that allow them to heal and grow. Its a huge undertaking and I could really use some support and advice from other founders and leaders. Please feel free to check our Facebook page, or website, and reach out to me with any advice or ideas you may have.
