Key to Making Money Today.
1. Hunt for leads (potential clients). 2. Obsess over their problems. 3. Find solutions to over come their challenge. 4. Make an offer that is irresistible. 5. Put urgency behind it to get them to act. Nobody cares about you. I mean that in the nicest way possible. Focus on your clients and prospects problems. The more you obsess over them, the more money you will make….. Follow up with your warm leads like it’s your sole mission everyday. Put them above yourself and make them feel important and heard. That’s how you build trust and report. I got my first deal ever just because of a connection I formed with an older lady that failed to sell her home 2 times and was under contract with a wholesaler. She called me first when it fell out of contract because I showed that I cared for her best interest. She dropped the price another 15k because she trusted in what I told her about her home not selling due to the high price. We sold the home in 7 days and that was my first deal ever. Took over 6.5 months for the first deal to take place but easily happened as I genuinely cared for my client and put them above me. Share what you’re about to do to take action from this post!
