How to Heal Poor Mental Health
Let me tell you a story, back a while ago I used to suffer with tremendously bad mental health. I was very unhappy, I didn't feel like my best self. I was anxious and didn't get a lot of joy out of life and I just want to say if you relate to that then read on because in this simple full guide I just want to tell you about how to heal this and fix this so what I'm going to say might shock you. The way to heal your mental health, that's pure and the most effective way, is to heal trauma. You see whenever you heal your trauma naturally because of that lifestyle and the habits in which you will adapt to heal trauma and the mindset, you will just become happier and heal those areas. It's a byproduct of that and this is the most effective all-in-one method to healing poor mental health. What is the healing trauma process? Well the first thing is you bring up the unprocessed emotion. The second thing is you feel that unprocessed emotion for a couple of minutes or whatever you feel like and you repeat that process time and time again until you've got the real results. Yes that's basically it all there is to it. Naturally whenever you get on your healing trauma journey, I tell a lot of people to, for example, meditate, do gratitude journaling, get exercise, start eating clean, and clean up your life because that will undeniably just make you more consistent and more productive in doing a healing trauma habit. It will just help you with your nervous system too and things of that nature and as a result of that, that leads to people healing their anxiety and depression so this is the way to do so. Becoming Simple 😌
It’s not what you get from achieving your dreams but who you become in the process. As I age, my dreams become more and more simple. And simple isn’t always easy. Simple is undervalued and regarded as too basic to be an achievement. Not for me, simple brings peace, turns off the noise and gives birth to compassion and harmony. At almost 62, I love who I’m becoming

@Kátia Castro Costa your reference to the beach ⛱️ is so spot on. I've been going to the beach to ground myself and listen to the ocean wash away what I no longer need on my mind. 🙏🏼💛
