Your Pricing Reflects More Than Your Strategy
I used to undercharge because I assumed people couldn’t afford my services. It sounded considerate—but I was making the decision for them and avoiding the discomfort of fully owning the value of my work. That can look like lowering your price, adding unnecessary bonuses, or giving away coaching before someone commits. Before changing your price, ask: “Does the price need to change—or am I uncomfortable being valued at this level?” You don’t need to convince everyone. Clearly name the value, share the investment, and allow them to decide. 💭 What comes up when you say your price out loud?

@Lisa Adams I have often fallen into the trap of selling myself cheap but over the years hzve now levelled that out. In the case of my community on Skool, I am here to help more than earn and hence have deliberately priced things so that cost is not a barrier. What is more important to me is the return other community owners can generate by using my toolkit. I am very happy with the balance I have struck and that is being reflected in the number of people using the growth toolkit. In was always my intention to give something back after a successful marketing career and Skool is allowing me to do exactly that. Great post. John 😎

Help Us Give This Cat A Name. The Storm Drain Kitten — Female, Black This tiny black female kitten was pulled from a storm drain after a heavy rain. She was shivering, soaked, and still trying to meow even though her voice was barely a squeak. Volunteers say she clings to anyone who picks her up, like she’s afraid the world might wash her away again. Give this brave little survivor a name.
